My Thoughts: If You Could Ask Your Dog One Question is a cute book with wonderful illustrations. As an adult, I enjoyed the thoughtful wording and adorable pictures that went with each question. With each page, I took a second to think about the question this young girl was contemplating asking her dog and realized that her questions were thoughtful and interesting. Anyone who has a pet has asked their pet these questions.
This is a children’s book and I am excited to add it to a first-year teacher’s library for her to share with her students as they embark on their learning adventure.

Meet the Author (taken from herwebsite): Kim is an earth science teacher, dog mom, and lover of all things mystical. Her black German shepherd Luna inspired her adorable picture book, IF YOU COULD ASK YOUR DOG ONE QUESTION, which won the Best Independent Book Award (BIBA) and the Moonbeam Children’s Book Award for best picture book for all ages.
