Whether they're
dashing, splashing, munching, or crunching, baby animals are ever-exploring! At
home in their natural habitats, baby animals learn about the world that
surrounds them. When the fun is done, it's time for baby animals to go to
sleep. After all, every baby animal has to rest.
Full of action, sound effects, and patterned text, each story features the adorable antics and accurate behavior of six wild animal babies: tiger, elephant, giraffe, rhinoceros, panda, and gorilla. This 64-page, beautifully designed story book is perfect for bedtime.

My Thoughts…
I read this
book to my 1 year old nephew and he ooo’d and augh’d over the bright pictures
that were not so busy that he could not find the animals we were reading
about. He loved the babies and the
mommies. The story was short enough to
keep his attention while long enough for this auntie to get her cuddles.
The stories
were realistic in the way animals acted but not scary. The babies acted like babies and the
mommies were loving and protecting them.
This is a collection of stories with each animal getting their own and I
found out the panda bear is definitely my nephews favorite.
I look
forward to re-reading this weekly with him knowing that someday he will not want to
sit on my lap and have me read to him.
